Kleva TV (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a media player application designed to allow users to manage and play their own content sources.
Kleva TV is an IPTV player and does not provide, host, or distribute any content. Users are solely responsible for the content they access through the app.
By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We aim to collect only the minimum data necessary to operate and improve the app.
2.1 Account Information
If you choose to create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Username
- Account status (e.g. premium access flag)
Accounts are managed using Supabase.
Creating an account is optional, however some features may require an account. During testing phases such as beta, account creation may be required.
2.2 Diagnostics and Performance Data
We collect limited technical data to monitor app performance and fix issues, including:
- Crash logs
- Error reports
- Basic device information (e.g. device model, OS version)
- Performance metrics
This data is collected via Sentry.
This data does not intentionally include personally identifiable information, but may include technical information necessary to diagnose issues.
2.3 Third-Party Integrations (Optional)
Kleva TV allows optional integration with Trakt.
If you choose to connect your Trakt account, we store:
- Access token
- Refresh token
These tokens are used solely to enable integration with your Trakt account and can be revoked by disconnecting your account.
3. How We Use Information
- App functionality — to provide core features such as account access
- Account management — to create and manage user accounts
- Analytics and diagnostics — to monitor performance, fix bugs, and improve stability
- Security — to protect accounts and prevent misuse
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We only share data with the following third-party services where necessary:
- Supabase — for authentication and data storage
- Sentry — for crash reporting and performance monitoring
- Trakt — only if you choose to connect your account
These providers process data only as required to perform their services.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary:
- Account data is stored while your account is active
- Diagnostics data is retained according to our monitoring provider's retention policies
- Trakt tokens are stored until you disconnect your account or delete your account
You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
