Account Deletion Policy

This policy explains how Kleva TV users can request deletion of their account and what happens after a request is submitted.

How to request deletion

Send an email to admin@kleva.tv from the email address associated with your account. Requests must come from the registered email address. To help us process the request quickly, include the following details:

  • The email address linked to your Kleva TV account
  • The subject line: Delete Account Request
  • Any helpful account details that allow us to identify your account

Verification and timing

We will use the registered email address to verify account ownership. Once your request is verified, we aim to complete account deletion within 30 days.

What will be deleted

When your request is completed, we will delete the personal information associated with your Kleva TV account that we control and no longer need to keep. This generally includes your account profile, account access records and other personal information used to operate your account.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, compliance or to document the handling of your request, including:

  • Payment, billing and invoice records
  • Limited records needed for security, fraud prevention or dispute handling
  • Records needed to document and complete the deletion request

Subscriptions and billing

Account deletion does not cancel any active subscription. Subscription cancellation must be handled separately through the applicable billing provider or billing flow used for purchase.
